  • Do you accept walk-ins?

    Unfortunately we do not accept walk-ins. To better serve our clients, we are appointment based only. This ensures that we have time to fully examine and treat every animal we see.

  • What time are your doctors available?

    Our doctors are available 8am-5pm. The emergency link on our page offers more information on after hour services.

  • How early should I book my pet's vaccine appointments?

    We recommend that you try to schedule their appointments one month in advance. This makes sure that they are current on annual vaccines.

  • Do you accept new clients?

    Unfortunately at this time we are unable to accept new clients.

  • Do you offer boarding services?

    We no longer offer overnight boarding. There are a variety of local businesses that offer this service.

  • Do you offer grooming?

    We do not offer grooming services in most cases. Under some circumstances, for sanitary/health reasons, we can perform lion cuts on cats.

  • Do you accept partial payments?

    We do not accept partial payments. Payment is due in full at time of service.
